Crock pot Turkey-roni

Ingredients

-1 lb. ground turkey
-3 cups spaghetti sauce
-24 oz. 1 % cottage cheese
-1 egg
-8oz lasagna noodles, uncooked
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Put raw ground turkey and sauce into a bowl; mix together.
2. Put egg and cottage cheese into another bowl; mix well.
3. Pour 1/2 of the sauce and turkey mixture in the bottom of a crock pot. Add a layer of uncooked noodles, cover with 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture, and top with 1/2 of the mozzarella.
4. Repeat the layers with the rest of the ingredients.
5. Cover and cook on high for 4 to5 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
6. Serve hot.
