ChangeUpTV Presents: VooDoo Blue @ ChangeUp Fest 2009

VooDoo Blue was able to accomplish a lot in a 10-year frame. This group of best friends from Maryland released 6 records in 2 incarnations. Through High School, College and beyond Michael Silberman, Dan Book, Justin Posner and Clunky had a great run. In that time they graced the HFStival stage twice–playing to a crowd of 60,000 people in 2004. In 2005, the band became 3, and released “Smile N Nod” on D-Cide Records, having their best selling release as their last. In August of 2007 they decided to move on the new things after having been on the road constantly for 3 years, playing almost all 50 states with many sold out shows and some incredible experiences. A stint on the Vans Warped Tour and an incredible final show at The Recher Theatre was the culmination of the group.

After 3 years apart, the band still has a devout following and reunited for a very special show at ChangeUp Fest 2009. Here’s the exclusive footage including “Hotel,” “Too Old to Cry,” and “Rapunzel.”
